Accommodation fees include 2% accommodation tax; 10% VAT is not included.

Services Included in the Accommodation Fee;

The package prices listed above include 2 nights of bed-and-breakfast accommodation, with check-in on June 18, 2026 and check-out on June 20, 2026. 

VAT 20% is not included.

Services Included in the Transfer Fee;

Transfer fees apply to shared group transfers from Esenboğa Airport for arrivals on the check-in date (June 19, 2026) and departures on the check-out date (June 20, 2026). For transfers on other dates and private transfer requests, please contact the Congress Secretariat; these will be charged separately.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to FTS Turizm Kongre Organizasyon Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti.

• For cancellations made before 17 April 2026, the paid amount will be refunded after deduction of 10% bank costs.
• For cancellations made after 17 April 2026, no refunds will be made.
• After 17 April 2026 only name changes will be accepted.

All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Payment details:

Registration, external participation, accommodation and transfer fees must be paid into the bank account below and the proof of payment must be sent to the congress organizing secretariat via email.
