Congress Date and Venue

The congress will be held at the 50th Year Amphitheater of Ankara University on June 19–20, 2026

Congress Language

The official language of the congress is Turkish. 

Invitation Letter

An invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants upon request. This letter aims to assist participants in obtaining permission from their institutions.

Name Badge

All participants, accompanying persons, and company representatives can obtain their name badges from the registration desk. Wearing the name badge is mandatory throughout the congress for all scientific and social activities.

Participation Certificate

Participation certificates will be sent online to all registered participants.

Booth Area

A spacious foyer area has been allocated throughout the congress to enable companies to exhibit their products related to the field pharmaceuticals, medical devices, equipment and books. Access to the exhibition areas is restricted to registered congress participants.

Payment

Payments will be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) and can be completed by bank transfer or credit card. Any fees arising from the bank transfer will be the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation / Refund Terms

Detailed information regarding the cancellation and refund policy of the congress is provided on the registration and accommodation pages, and no practices other than those stated therein will be applied.
In the event of any restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Health, the congress will be held online.
In this case, accommodation and transfer payments made will be refunded after the conclusion of the congress, following the deduction of bank charges.
Registration and sponsorship fees will be transferred to the online congress, and no refunds will be applicable.
